Do you provide support for using your templates?

Absolutely. We provide model documentation, an onboarding call (Pro and Premium support plans) and revenue model customisation (Premium support plans) to help get you up and running.

We also provide ongoing support by email, video and chat and optional additional consulting and customisation support for more complex requirements.

We can provide ongoing general financial modelling support via a flexible retainer arrangement (subscription).

Can templates be customised for specific revenue models?

You can choose from our sector-specific models (e.g. SaaS, marketplace, ecommerce) or a universal model which can be configured for any revenue model.

All of our model templates are designed to be flexible enough to suit a large variety of business models. The revenue engine allows for various revenue models e.g. one-off fees, subscriptions, SaaS, freemium etc. The dynamic driver-based expense forecasting module should meet the vast majority of expense requirements for most sectors.

Further support and customisation is of course available, if required.

Can I use the templates on multiple devices and are there any restrictions on usage?

Once you’ve purchased and downloaded a model template, it’s yours to save, copy and use indefinitely, including sharing within your company (if applicable) and with third parties (such as investors, banks etc) in the ordinary course of business.

However, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the template for any commercial purpose. Full license terms are available in our Product Terms.

What software do I need to use the models?

Startup model templates are compatible with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Scale-up model templates are only compatible with Microsoft 365 versions or Excel 2021 [some features may be limited when using Microsoft Excel online or Google Sheets].

What is your refund policy?

As our model templates are digital products, they cannot be ‘returned’ once downloaded. We’re only able to offer refunds on an exceptional, case-by-case basis. We’re usually able to avoid this outcome though, by providing some additional implementation support.
